Subject Pronouns[chapterheader]

The pronouns are the words we use to refer to people or things like, you, it, they and so on.

The Subject Pronouns are used when they refer to the do'er of an action, i.e. they are eating.

The subject is the do'er of an action.

Please note:

In Danish there are two pronouns for it:
den (common noun class)
det (neuter noun class)
read more about noun classes.

Please note that I (the plural you) is always written with a capital 'I'.

* The pronouns De are formal for du and I. De is hardly used in Denmark today, except only for royalty and senior citizens.
