What is it?

Adverbs are the words that describes the verb, eg: she ran quickly down the road. So she ran quickly as opposed to slowly.

The Rules
Adjectives 'transform' into adverbs in Danish by adding a 't' at the end of the base form of the adjective:
[base adj] + t
Usually, in Danish the adverb is followed just behind the verb as seen in the examples below.

Please note that this 't' has got nothing to do with the Neuter noun class ('et').
