The Past Participle
What is it?
The Past Participle is a verb form which used with an auxillary verb as have will make up the two tenses Present Perfect and Past Perfect.
For example han har spist (he has eaten) and han havde spist (he had eaten).

Method #2 [infinitive verb] + t
Method #3 Vowel Change!!!

Notice the irregularity in the verb haft from have.
